Zettelweb

A collaborative, end-to-end encrypted web IDE built around an extended Zettelkasten model, turning connected Markdown notes into programmable and LLM-friendly building blocks. Encrypted files and user metadata are stored server-side, while private keys and decrypted content remain on the user’s device. The browser-based IDE combines this privacy-first architecture with note sharing, collaboration, and local job execution. Watch the demo below.   • Developed a physics-based environment in which agents evolve neural network controllers to survive and adapt to their environment.
  • Investigated low-dimensional parameterizations of agent behavior using message-passing graph neural networks, along with non-destructive crossover and mutation operators for neural network controllers.
